I’ll be sending you a more personalized welcome in the next day or so, but for now, here are some important details.

Here’s what you need to do to get started!

  1. Schedule your calls! As previously discussed, appointments are available on Tuesdays from 12 PM – 5 PM Eastern US Time. Coaching sessions take place every other week to allow time for you to really integrate and embody the changes you are making. The calendar link below is designed with this in mind. Please schedule your six sessions on the first six available dates.

You are also entitled to one 30 minute follow up call TWO MONTHS after the conclusion of our time together.

  1. Complete your intake form! Please complete this intake form as soon as possible and at least 48 hours prior to your first session so we can dive right in.

Here’s some other important information.

Recordings

You will have access to recordings of your session as part of your package. Please be aware that I aim to have the recording started before I admit you to our call. This ensures that your call is fully captured and available to you. If for some reason the recording is not running when you arrive, please ask me about it! This way if I forget or if  there’s a technical issue, it can be addressed.

I will send you an email within 24 hours after our session with a link to the recording and notes from the session. I will keep the recordings on my server for up to two weeks after our sixth and final session concludes. Please download and save them to your personal files if you would like to access your recordings beyond that time.

Emails

Part of your package includes one email exchange in between each of our sessions. This is here as added support on the weeks that we don’t meet face to face. If something comes up that you want to share or have a question about, I am here for you! However, I know not everyone needs or wants this kind of support in between sessions, so please know, you are not obligated to these emails.

I will respond to your email within one day, Tuesday-Friday.

Cancellations and rescheduling

I do have a cancellation and rescheduling policy. 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are forfeited without reimbursement (however, exceptions are made for illness and genuine emergencies, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis). No show appointments will not be permitted to be rescheduled. If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be forfeited.

Please note that if rescheduling is necessary, it may mean sessions will not be able to be as evenly spaced throughout the 3 month container.

Client Agreement

I also want to make sure you have a link to the Client Agreement, which you agreed to when you finalized your purchase.

To get the most out of our calls, please make sure you’re in a peaceful space that allows you to feel safe and be fully present.
