When booking a reading or coaching experience with Gray Arrow Tarot, you are entering into an energetic arrangement between yourself and me as your reader or coach. In order to create an enjoyable and meaningful energy exchange for the both of us, I have created this Client Agreement to solidify our role.
By proceeding with a reading in any form or a coaching experience, you are agreeing to the following:
I, your reader/coach, agree to:
- Not to judge your question, intentions, goals, struggles, choices or anything else you might be asking about or experiencing.
- Deliver to you any and all messages that come up in your reading with honesty, care, and respect. This includes the messages you may want to hear and those you may not. Please know that everything coming through is in your highest good and you always have a choice on if/how you choose to integrate or act on these messages.
- Do my very best to understand your goals and intentions for the reading and to work with you to create a powerful, insightful, and meaningful question that we’re both happy with to help you maximize the value of your reading.
- To respond to all following correspondence as soon as possible.
- Take care of myself and ensure your reading is performed from an intuitive and connected place.
- Keep all information shared in a session or reading strictly confidential and to abide by the Gray Arrow Tarot Code of Ethics.
For Recorded readings:
- Deliver your reading in a timely manor and give you a rough estimate of when you can expect your reading once I receive your completed questionnaire.
- Let you know of any delays that might unexpectedly prevent me from delivering in the expected time frame (illness, family emergency, etc).
You, the client, agree to:
- Abide by the Terms of Conditions of Gray Arrow Tarot and review the Gray Arrow Tarot Code of Ethics.
- Be open to receiving the messages as they come through. Every tarot reader is unique. If you’re familiar with tarot, you’ll find that while I do use some more traditional card meanings, I also have unique associations and interpretations that often deviate from the traditional. And sometimes those meanings and associations are unique to your reading and yours alone. To me, that’s the joy and magic of tarot. Trust that what comes through is what you need to hear. You are always free to add your own knowledge and interpretations as an extra layer of wisdom.
- Be generous enough and open enough to receiving messages in their best possible form, and understand that no message is intended to be interpreted in a way that goes against the Gray Arrow Tarot Statement of Values or in anyway that may cause harm.
- Be open to unpacking your reading and sitting with your reading to better understand how it best applies to you. You will get the most out of your reading if you’re open to taking in the messages and making them your own. Resist being dismissive of elements outright and truly take the time to understand how it might apply to you. It’s true that everything may not resonate. But it’s also it’s possible a message is reaching you early or before you’re conscious mind is ready to accept it. I’ve personally been on the receiving end of a reading I didn’t think fully resonated, only to look back later and realize the reader was right! Be open to exploring all aspects of your reading and giving events in your life time to unfold before you write anything off.
- Be honest about your needs, intentions, and expectations for the reading and session. I am not here to judge you. I’m here to support you, but I can’t do that fully if you’re not honest with me. However, this doesn’t mean you have to share anything your uncomfortable with. It’s just important that you’re honest about what you do share and what you’re needing and expecting
- Ask questions when you have them and be honest if something needs to be explored more deeply.
For Coaching Experiences
- Create the best possible environment for a productive coaching session (i.e. block out the time, minimize distractions/interruptions, etc)
- Be upfront about what you’re coming to coaching for and what kind of support you need
- Be honest about what’s come up for you during a session. If you’re unsure about something, we’ll work through it together. If something doesn’t feel aligned, we can redirect.
- Review the cancellation and refund policy for details on our rescheduling and late policies.
For Tarot Readings
- Respond to your introductory questionnaire and reply to emails regarding your reading as soon as possible. This is especially important prior to the delivery of your reading. I ask that you check your email (and spam filter) regularly once you’ve placed an order. If you do not complete your questionnaire oor I do not receive a response to an essential email within 5 business days, I will have to cancel your reading to open space for someone else. Per our refund policy, you will not be refunded if your reading is canceled for this reason. Rest assured, I will follow up with you the day before a potential cancellation, to give you an added chance to respond.
- Follow up with any questions you may have about the reading itself and/or the cards pulled upon receiving your reading. If something doesn’t make sense, is confusing to you, please ask! Also know you’re free to share if your reading has ignited a thought, inspired you, or offered clarity in any way.
- Keep follow up questions limited to the cards pulled, question asked, and information shared. Asking for additional cards or messages would require another reading.
- Be generous and understanding if I find myself faced with unexpected delays when delivering your reading. This doesn’t happen often, but I’m human and life happens to all of us sometimes. Please know that you will be my priority, and I’ll do my best to complete your reading ASAP.
- For Live Readings, review the cancellation and refund policy for details on our rescheduling and late policies and fill out your questionnaire at least 48 hours before your reading.
For Group Events
- Please remain on mute unless you are invited to share.
- Know that this is a kind, safe, supportive, and respectful space for all who attend. Anyone who behaves in an adverse way, who who violates our terms and conditions will be removed and there will be no refund.
- Keep what’s shared in the group sacred. This allows people to be vulnerable and get the support they need.
